The cost of staying quiet

Right now, people are looking for a thought leader to make sense of what's happening in biotech. If it isn't you, someone else is defining the narrative.

And that someone else isn't necessarily smarter, more credentialed, or more qualified. They're just showing up.

While you're not, they're becoming:

  • The founder investors already know before the pitch
  • The first call a potential partner makes
  • The person top candidates already know and want to work for

Here’s what changes when you show up consistently

Your expertise, turned into authority

Outsource your writing, not your perspective. The ideas you've developed over years of doing serious work in a complex field and the things you notice that others miss. This is what gets captured and shaped into content in your voice–and that’s exactly why it won’t sound like everyone else.

Credibility that compounds

You're not thinking in quarters. You're thinking in years. Six months from now, you'll have a library of thought leadership that reflects the depth of your actual work. No more scrapping what a writer sent and starting over yourself, or feeling guilt over knowing you should be posting and never getting to it.

Visibility that turns into conversations

This isn't about going viral. It's about being the name investors, partners, and future hires recognize and trust before you ever say a word. When those people understand your value before you walk into a room, opportunities have a way of finding you.

About

Hi, I'm MJ

A strategist who writes, not a writer who picked up strategy along the way.

Most ghostwriters take your ideas and execute. I take your ideas and push back on them. Building real authority in biotech requires more than good writing. You need someone who knows how to translate complex ideas without losing what makes them credible.

In a field where the wrong tone can read as careless and the right one builds trust over years, that's not a small thing. That doesn’t mean dry or overly polished (or like a LinkedIn influencer). It means specific enough to be worth reading.

When we talk, I'm listening for the thinking underneath the talking points and shaping it into writing that establishes you as a visible leader in your space.

I've worked with a lot of writers. She was the only one who could capture our president's voice, and she understood our business better than a lot of people inside our own company.

Here's how we turn your complex ideas into clear content

I research, plan, write, and schedule your LinkedIn content. You give me about one hour of your time a week.

step 01

Capture your ideas

I interview you to get inside how you think, talk about your work, and what you want to be known for. Founders often worry about rambling. That's not a problem. My job is to distill what's underneath the talking points into a content strategy that reflects your point of view.

step 02

Write, review, approve

I handle research, writing, editorial direction, and scheduling. All you have to do is review and approve. This includes an editorial layer built specifically for your category and voice, so nothing goes out that could damage the reputation you've spent years building. Content that sounds like you gets posted on a regular schedule, without you having to think about it.

step 03

Report and refine

As results compound, we refine the strategy together. Monthly Market Intelligence Reports cover what the data is telling us and what we're learning from it: what's resonating, what's shifting, and where to go deeper. Every three to six months, we revisit the strategy as your business priorities shift.

FAQ's

What founders often want to know

Can you actually get me results?

If the goal is credibility and relationships with the people who matter in your category such as investors, partners, future hires… that's exactly what this is built for.  If the goal is virality or fast follower growth, this isn't built for that.

How long does an engagement run?

There's no strict minimum, but six months is where results start to compound meaningfully. Many engagements run nine months or longer.

Do you have experience in my category?

Yes, I’ve worked with founders in biotech, AI, healthtech, SaaS, space, and other technical or emerging categories.

Can I see examples?

Some client work stays private at their request, especially in biotech and tech. I can walk through examples on a call.

Why can't I just use AI for this?

AI can draft sentences. It can't do the research, the positioning, or the judgment about what's worth saying in your category. Thought leadership that builds authority requires depth, and most founders who've tried AI for this are still not publishing consistently.

Do you only do LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is the core of the work. I also support clients with newsletters and articles, where consistency and depth matter just as much.

What does it cost?

Engagements start at $3,000 per month.

What if I don’t have an hour a week?

The interviews are where your material comes from. If we can’t meet, I don’t have the material I need for true thought leadership. If you don’t review the content and give me feedback, I don’t have anything to post.

The right people are looking for someone to trust in your category.

Let's make sure they find you.
